DCR did a excellent job during their water removal. My pipes broke and flooded my basement and Mack and Adam came in and they did a good job explaining the problem and helped me understand. After they explained it they brought their gear in and then they did a fast water removal and got rid of all the water in a single day which I was not expecting so I was very impressed. I seriously recommend these guys and I will be calling them again.
Mac and Adam were incredibly professional, they explained the process of the demo, clean up and restoration. They cleaned up a washer leak that caused water damage to the entire downstairs of my Grandma's house. She's had that house since 1973 and was VERY picky about who came to the house. She was very satisfied with the work they did.
My dishwasher drain line broke and I called DCR. They got there quickly and took care of it. Love this crew! They showed up and got the job done respectfully, they were so helpfull explaining what needed to be done and they handled insurance for me and saved me the headache! Big shout out to mac and Adam for helping me with this mold!
Mack and Adam from DCR were absolutely amazing in my emergency!! I was out of town and came home to a house flood. The dishwasher connection malfunctioned and water went through the whole house. They handed the clean up of the water, all the demo, and now I have a beautiful home again. Everything was handled quickly including dealing with the insurance and the contractors. My reverse osmosis system leaked in my island and called DCR to take care of it. They got my island replaced and took care of the mold.
My grandmas bathroom flooded and Mack was great with helping her through the process, and deal with insurance. They were professional and did a great job with everything.<br><br>Definitely would call again if needed.
