Meet Mack! Owner/Operator

Mack is from Laurel, Montana and has dedicated more than 15 years to the disaster restoration industry. After gaining years of hands-on experience, he moved to Hawaii where he spent nearly a decade working in disaster restoration and building his own company.

Six years ago, Mack made the decision to move back home to Montana to be closer to his family and his community. About a year ago, he launched DCR with the goal of bringing dependable, experienced restoration services to the people of Montana and helping local homeowners during some of their most difficult times. 

Mack is fully IICRC certified in: Mold remediation, asbestos, meth cleanup, microbial remediation, odor control, applied structural drying, building moisture inspection, fire and smoke damage restoration, water damage restoration and carpet cleaning. 

Throughout his career, Mack has worked hard to understand insurance claims process and how disaster restoration works alongside insurance coverage. He has built a strong working relationship with insurance companies to help ensure customers receive the best possible support during a crisis.

His passion for helping people, combined with years of industry experience and specialized certifications, allows him to guide homeowners through restoration projects with honesty, professionalism and care.

Meet Adam! Senior Project Manager

Adam was raised in Billings, Montana, and earned his bachelor's degree from Montana State University Billings. When the opportunity arose to move to Hawaii and begin a career in disaster restoration with Mack, he embraced it- and has now been serving the industry for more than 13 years.

Throughout his career, Adam has earned certifications in trauma scene cleanup, water damage restoration, upholstery and fabric cleaning, odor control, fire and smoke damage restoration, carpet repair and installation, commercial carpet cleaning and maintenance, lead testing and safety, and carpet color repair.

As Senior Project Manager, Adam's primary goal is to help customers restore their homes to an even better condition than before while making the entire restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He is highly experienced in estimating restoration projects and advocating for the coverage customers deserve when disaster strikes.

Adam takes pride in combining technical expertise, industry knowledge, and compassionate customer service to help families and property owners through challenging situations with confidence and care.

Meet Britt! Office/Marketing Manager

Britt was raised in Billings, MT and attended Montana State University Billings City College, where she studied Business Management. After spending much of her career in the service industry, she decided to transition into the disaster restoration field after realizing the opportunity to help people in a more meaningful way- restoring not ony homes and properties, but also peace of mind during difficult times.

Britt is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and brings extensive knowledge of property claims to the team. She works closely with customers throughout the restoration process, helping guide them through insurance claims and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. She is also certified in asbestos testing, adding a layer of extertise to the services she provides.

In her role, Britt works closely with the team to keep schedules on track, ensure every project receives the attention it deserves, and maintain organization throughout each stage of the restoration process. Her strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and dedication to customer care help create a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and the team.
